A stroller is a great way to get around.

If you have a child who cannot walk the entire park, renting a stroller is a great option. Disney rents strollers that are of a "jogger" style that hold up to 75 lbs. This is also a good option for a larger child who might not fit in a traditional umbrella stroller. Or if you don't want your child in a wheelchair that day the stroller might be easier to manuever. Also for children with Sensory issues the stroller can help "block out" some of the intensity of the park, to help them relax more.

Strollers rent for $12.00 per day. But here is a great tip - if you have the Disney VISA card you get a FREE stroller rental. Just go up to the stroller desk and show them your VISA. This card gets you up to 2 free strollers a day, which can be a big money saver if you go to the park alot.
The stroller rentals are located right inside the park gates as soon as you enter the two parks.
